The Technical Committee (TC) provides technical recommendations to the MPO Board. Recently, the TC shortened its name from the Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC).

The TC is composed of staff members from the units of local governments, Triangle Transit Authority, Research Triangle Park, Central Pines Regional Council, Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority, North Carolina Central University, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Duke University, and Carolina Trailways.

The Technical Committee is governed by a set of Bylaws adopted August 27, 2014.

Meetings of the Technical Committee occur monthly on the second Tuesday at the Central Pines Regional Council.. The date and time will vary occasionally. Check the Calendar for upcoming meetings.
